复方大承气汤结合腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎康复临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究对急性阑尾炎患者实施复方大承气汤结合腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的临床效果。方法随机分组后对纳入研究的60例急性阑尾炎患者(2019年6月—2021年12月)给予不同治疗方案,对照组30例,行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗;观察组30例,行复方大承气汤+腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗,分析2组康复情况。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为96.67%(29/30),而对照组仅为73.33%(22/30),观察组总有效率明显更高(x2=4.706,P=0.030<0.05);2组患者手术时间、术中出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后卧床时间、住院时间分别为(1.13±0.24)d、(5.25±0.83)d,均显著短于对照组的(2.18±0.29)d、(7.21±0.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比单一腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗方案,对急性阑尾炎患者开展手术联合复方大承气汤治疗效果更佳,明显推进康复进程,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of compound Dachengqi decoction combined with laparoscopic appendectomy on acute ap-pendicitis.Methods After randomization,60 patients with acute appendicitis from June 2019 to December 2021 were given different treatment interventions.30 cases in the control group was treated with laparoscopic appendectomy,and 30 cases in the observation group was treated with compound Dachengqi decoction combined with laparoscopic appendectomy.The recovery situation of the two groups was analyzed.Results After the treatment,The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),while that of the control group was only 73.33%(22/30).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(x2=4.706,P=0.030<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The postop-erative bed rest time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(1.13±0.24)days and(5.25±0.83)days.Both were signifi-cantly shorter than(2.18±0.29)days and(7.21±0.36)days of the control group and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Compared with the single laparoscopic appendectomy treatment,the effect of the treatment combined compound Dachengqi de-coction is more significant.The combination treatment can promote the rehabilitation process and is worthy of clinical promotion.
