摘　　要：膏药是我国传统中药剂型之一,早在《黄帝内经》中已有“疏砭之,涂以豕膏”的记载。较之其他剂型,乳膏见效迅速、制作简单、易于保存、取用方便,具有效、简、廉的优点。地黄除痹乳膏是杨贤海主任在痹痛散基础上创制而来,为许多常规方法难以治疗的疾病提供了更多的外治手段。此文将选取4则医案介绍地黄除痹乳膏在临床上的具体应用。Plaster is one of the traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms.It has been recorded of dredging it and coating it with plas-ter as early as in the Huangdi Neijing.Compared with other dosage forms,cream has the advantages of quick effect,simple production,easy to save,convenient access.It is effective,simple and inexpensive.Dihuang Chubi cream was created by director Yang Xianhai on the basis of Bitong powder,which provides more external therapy methods for many diseases that are difficult to be treated by conven-tional methods.This article selected four medical cases to introduce the clinical application of Dihuang Chubi cream.
