摘　　要：交叉断面洪峰流量、洪水位是工程设计和进行防洪评价的重要依据,洪水位确定得准确与否,直接影响到工程的规模、投资、运行安全和防洪安全;同时是计算洪水水位及冲刷深度等计算的重要基础数据。Cross section peak flow and flood level are important basis for engineering design and flood control evaluation.The accuracy of flood level determination directly affects the scale,investment,operation safety and flood control safety of the project.It is an important basic data for the calculation of flood water level and scour depth.
