白沙水库坝脚隐患成因及治理措施

摘　　要：白沙水库工程从修建运行至今已70年,从70年的运行来看,在发挥防洪效益、经济效益和社会效益等方面十分显著。主坝背水坡下游坡脚处存在不同程度的安全隐患,如不及时处理,会对主坝下游排水、运行管理、安全巡查造成影响,且易滋生白蚁,危及大坝的安全。文章主要从主坝背水坡坝脚位置的隐患原因分析和对应的治理措施两个方面来论述,通过隐患治理,保障水库大坝的安全运行。Baisha Reservoir Project has been built and operated for 70 years.From the operation of more than 70 years,it is very remarkable in flood control benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.There are different degrees of hidden safety hazards at the downstream slope of the back slope of the main dam.If not dealt with in time,it will affect the drainage,operation management and safety inspection of the downstream of the main dam,and easily breed termites,endangering the safety of the dam.Two aspects of the hidden danger analysis of the water slope and dam foot position of the main dam and the corresponding treatment measures are mainly discussed in this paper.The safe operation of reservoir dam can be guaranteed by controlling hidden danger.
