多种化学材料组合在水利工程维修加固中的应用

摘  要:陆浑灌区东一干渠郑州段是陆浑灌区的重要灌溉渠道,干渠历经30余年运行,其中三座渡槽存在混凝土碳化,钢筋锈蚀,槽身衔接部位开裂、漏水等现象。本次采用双组份喷涂聚脲弹性体做防渗处理,采用异丁基三乙氧基硅烷浸渍液做防碳化处理,采用双组份无收缩环氧树脂处理裂缝,采用聚氨酯结构密封胶处理接缝,处理后整体效果良好,修复经验可供类似工程借鉴。The Zhengzhou section of East First Trunk Canal in Luhun Irrigation District is an important irrigation channel in Luhun Irrigation District.After more than 30 years of operation,three aqueducts have carbonization of concrete,corrosion of steel bars,cracking and water leakage in the connecting parts of the channel body.Two-component spray polyurea elastomer is used for anti-seepage treatment,isobutyltriethoxysilane impregnation solution is used for anti-carbonization treatment,two-component non-shrink epoxy resin is used to treat cracks,and polyurethane structural sealant is used to treat joints.The overall effect is good after treatment.The repair experience can be used for reference in similar projects.
