水利工程流道混凝土结构修复材料应用分析

摘  要:水利工程中部分水工流道出现了混凝土被严重冲蚀损坏的情况,并且使用一些混凝土修复材料效果低下,耐久性差。于此,采取试验方法对已研发的组合修复材料开展相应的分析与测试,并在实际现场开展修复试验。结果显示,环氧界面剂和混凝土间湿黏结强度达到了3.94 MPa,且水下抗冲磨砂浆的抗压强度也有提高,抗冲磨的强度更是优于同类的修复材料,组合修复和混凝土之间具有良好的相容性,能够适应温度的变化,并且-20℃~40℃不会出现开裂、剥离等现象,修复质量和效果得到很大提升。In some hydraulic engineerings,concrete of hydraulic channels has been seriously damaged by erosion,and some concrete repair materials have low effect and poor durability.In view of this problem,the corresponding analysis and test of the developed composite repair materials have been carried out by adopting the test method,and the repair test has been carried out on the actual site.The analysis results show that the wet bonding strength between epoxy interface agent and concrete has reached 3.94 MPa,and the compressive strength of underwater abrasion-resistant mortar has also been improved.The strength of anti-impact wear is better than that of similar repair materials.The combination repair and concrete have good compatibility,so that the repair material can adapt to the change of temperature.There will not be crack and peel in the range of-20℃ to 40℃.The repair quality and effect have been greatly improved.
