摘  要:光伏产业作为我国的新兴产业,一直受到政府的支持。本文利用钻石模型理论,运用Eviews9.0软件构建我国光伏产品出口影响因素协整模型,并进行实证分析。结果显示:光伏产品出口额与高科技专利授权量呈正相关,与工业固定资产投资额和规模以上工业企业从业人员平均人数呈负相关;短期受到高科技专利授权量的正向波动影响。为此,本文提出鼓励专利申请及科技创新、加强光伏产品内需运用、加强国内相关科技人才的培养等建议,以期为我国光伏产业的发展提供一定参考。Photovoltaic industry,as an emerging industry in China,has been supported by the government.This paper uses the theory of the diamond model and Eviews9.0 software to construct a cointegration model of the influencing factors of China’s photovoltaic product exports and carry out empirical analyses.Results show that photovoltaic product exports are positively correlated with the amount of high-tech patents granted,negatively correlated with the amount of investment in industrialfixed assets and the average number of employees in industrial companies with annual revenue of more than 20 million yuan,and short-term affected by the positivefluctuation of the amount of high-tech patents granted.In this regard,in this paper,measures such as encouraging patent application and scientific and technological innovation,strengthening the use of domestic demand for photovoltaic products,and strengthening the cultivation of domestic-related scientific and technological talents,etc.,are proposed to provide a reference for the development of China’s photovoltaic industry.
