摘　　要：2022年1月1日,中国、日本、新西兰等国正式开始实施《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)。文章基于RCEP背景,研究广东省对RCEP国家机电产品出口竞争力的现状及问题,有利于广东省进一步推进机电产品转型升级,改善机电产品的出口贸易结构。首先,本文以广东省机电产品为研究对象,从出口额、出口增长率、出口国别等方面分析机电产品对RCEP成员国的出口贸易现状。其次,运用MS、RCA、TC指数对广东省机电产品出口竞争力进行纵向分析,通过与浙江省、山东省两大机电产品出口大省进行竞争力横向分析,进一步讨论广东省机电产品在RCEP市场上面临的机遇与挑战。最后,本文针对性地提出广东省机电产品出口贸易的提升策略,以供参考。On 1 January 2022,China,Japan and New Zealand officially started to implement the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP).Under the background of RCEP,this paper studies the status and problems of export competitiveness of mechanical and electrical products from Guangdong Province to RCEP countries,which is conducive to further promoting the transformation and upgrading of mechanical and electrical products s in Guangdong Province and improving the export trade structure of mechanical and electrical products.Firstly,this paper takes the mechanical and electrical products of Guangdong Province as the research object and analyses the current situation of the export trade of mechanical and electrical products to RCEP member countries in terms of export volume,export growth rate,and export countries.Secondly,the export competitiveness of Guangdong Province’s mechanical and electrical products is analyzed vertically with MS,RCA,and TC indices,and the opportunities and challenges facing Guangdong Province’s mechanical and electrical products in the RCEP market are further discussed through a horizontal analysis of the competitiveness with the two major exporting provinces of mechanical and electrical products,namely Zhejiang Province and Shandong Province.Finally,the enhancement strategies of Guangdong Province’s export trade of mechanical and electrical products are specially proposed for reference.
