摘　　要：服务市场自由化的发展促进了以服务为投入和产出的全球价值链的兴起,而越来越多的经济体通过RTA渠道来实现区域内更高水平的服务开放。基于WTO-RTA贸易协定和OECD-TiVA增加值数据构建了RTA服务开放与服务业全球价值链双网络,研究了RTA服务开放网络的构成与变化对服务业全球价值链网络的影响。实证结果发现,RTA服务开放网络形成对全球服务价值链的布局有重要的影响;连接多个服务型RTA社群的高中介中心性国家在RTA服务开放网络中的枢纽地位有助于确立其在服务业GVC网络中的核心位置;区分行业异质性发现,RTA服务开放网络的形成与演变无论对生产性还是生活性服务子网络的分布都有正向促进作用;一国在RTA服务开放网络的轴心地位的提升主要促进了其在生产性服务价值链网络中地位的升高。Based on the WTO-RTA trade agreement and OECD-TiVA value-added data,this paper uses social network analysis methods to build a dual network of RTA service opening and Services Global Value Chains(GVC),and analyzes its network structure characteristics.It uses the Quadratic Assignment Procedure(QAP) method in social network analysis to examine whether the composition and changes of RTA service open network affect the distribution of Services GVC network.By using the network betweenness centrality index to build an econometric model,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of a country's RTA service open network status on its position in the Services GVC network.The research finds that the formation of RTA service open network has an important impact on the layout of Services GVC.The pivotal position of a country with high betweenness centrality that connects multiple service-oriented RTA communities in the RTA service open network helps to establish its core position in the Services GVC network.Distinguishing industry heterogeneity,it finds that the formation and evolution of RTA service open network has a positive effect on the distribution of both productive and living service subnetworks.The elevation of a country's position in the axis of RTA service open network mainly promotes its status in the productive service value chain network.
