摘 要:基于役前检测反馈的小尺寸接管角焊缝表面缺陷,模拟产品的实际检测情况并实测磁化时磁轭所能提供的提升力,使用标准试片及高斯计实测检测区的磁场强度,分析检测时有效磁化区域,发现其有效磁化区域是畸变区域,提出小尺寸接管角焊缝磁粉检测工艺的优化建议。Because of the surface defects of small nozzle fillet welds with pre-service detection feedback,the actual detection situation of products was simulated and the lifting power provided by the AC magnetic yoke during magnetization was measured.The magnetic field intensity in the detection area was measured using standard test pieces and Gauss meter,and the effective magnetization region was analyzed.It was found that the effective magnetization region was the distorted area,and the optimization suggestions for the magnetic particle detection process of small nozzle fillet welds were proposed.
