摘 要:为国产快速钢轨打磨车设计研制了大功率分体式液传动力包,柴油机和液力传动装置及其辅助系统集成动力包安装于车下,冷却装置安装于车顶,通过牵引性能、冷却能力、轴系扭振、悬挂减振系统动力学、结构件强度等计算,以及牵引性能、冷却能力、振动冲击等试验和装车运用考核,能够满足快速钢轨打磨车以40~80 km/h速度对高速铁路钢轨进行快速打磨作业的要求。该动力包同样适用于200 km/h以下动力分散型内燃动车组。A high-power split type hydraulic transmission powerpack has been designed and developed for the domestic fast rail grinding vehicles. The diesel engine, hydraulic transmission device and auxiliary system integrated power package are installed under the vehicle, and the cooling device is installed on the roof. Through calculations of dynamics and structural component strength of traction performance, cooling capacity, shaft torsional vibration and suspension damping system, tests of traction performance, cooling performance and vibration shock, and assessment of installation and operation, the powerpack can meet the operation requirements of fast rail grinding vehicles for high-speed rails at a speed range of 40 to 80 km/h. The powerpack is also applicable to the power-distributed DMUs with speed below 200 km/h.
