摘 要:SDD22型电传动机车钩缓系统为UIC链子车钩及侧缓冲器的结构,介绍了链子车钩及侧缓冲器的设计选型及安装,并对其在运用过程中产生的问题及解决措施进行了详细阐述。对于今后采用链子车钩配合侧缓冲器使用的机车,可采用该机车链子车钩及缓冲器的设计选型的经验,吸取该车质量问题改进措施的经验,避免今后再次出现相关的质量问题,提高机车的设计质量。The coupler and buffer system of SDD22 electric locomotive has a UIC chain coupler and side buffer structure.The paper introduces the design,type selection and installation of chain coupler and side buffer,and describes the problems during their practical use and solutions in detail.For locomotives that will use chain couplers in conjunction with side buffers,the experience of designing and selecting chain couplers and buffers for the locomotive can be used,and the experience of improvement measures of quality problems of the locomotive can be learned to avoid related quality problems and improve the design quality.
