摘　　要：作为国家现代化的重要组成部分,科技现代化是指一个国家追赶、达到和保持同时代科学技术发展的世界前沿水平的行为和过程,同时也是科技供给支撑、适应、满足和引领经济社会发展和人民美好生活需要的行为和过程。科技现代化是现代化在科技方面的表现形态,与国家现代化的方方面面都有联系,是国家现代化的先行者、支撑者、助推者、引领者,是国家强盛之基、安全之要。新中国成立70多年来,中国共产党充分吸取近现代以来中国多次错失科技革命和产业变革机遇的历史教训,合理借鉴世界现代化的有益经验,在深刻把握世界现代化普遍规律的基础上,高度重视中国的优秀传统文化和国情特色,成功带领中国人民以科技现代化支撑引领中国式现代化,不断开辟中国式现代化的新篇章,取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就。面向2035年,中国的科技现代化要以跻身创新型国家前列、建成科技强国、实现高水平科技自立自强为目标,同时要努力为支撑引领现代化强国建设、高质量发展、基本实现现代化、基本实现治理体系和治理能力现代化作出更大贡献。Scientific and technological modernization is a critical component of national modernization,which refers to the behaviors and processes that enable a country to catch up with,reach,and maintain the world's cuttingedge level of scientific and technological development,while supporting,adapting to,meeting and leading the scientific and technological needs of economic and social development and people's pursuit of a better life.It's integral to all aspects of national modernization as it serves as a precursor,supporter,catalyst,and pioneer.To this end,the Communist Party of China has drawn lessons from the missed opportunities for scientific and technological revolution in the modern era,gleaned insights from global advancements,underscored China's excellent cultural heritage and national conditions,and facilitated Chinese modernization with the support of scientific and technological modernization.Accordingly,they have continuously opened up new chapters in Chinese modernization,and made remarkable achievements since 1949.By 2035,China seeks to become a leading innovative power,and build significant scientific and technological capabilities while striving for self-reliance and self-improvement in these areas,aiming at building the great modern country,promoting the high quality development and achieving basic modernization with support of scientific and technological modernization.
