摘　　要：刘国安主任医师认为,老年性便秘的中医病机以肝郁气滞为主,兼虚证、热证、血瘀等,治以疏肝解郁为主,辅以补虚、泻火、活血等为法,可选用《证治准绳》之柴胡疏肝散为基本方,善于选用柴胡-枳实、黄芪-党参、沙参-麦冬-黄连、黄连-吴茱萸、茯苓-白术、炒枣仁-远志等特色药对加减,临床疗效显著。Professor Liu Guoan believes that TCM pathogenesis of senile constipation is liver depression and Qi stagnation basically,complicated with deficiency pattern,heat pattern,blood stasis,he adopts liversoothing depression-relieving as the main therapy,tonifying deficiency,clearing fire and activating blood as the adjuvant treatment,choosing Chaihu Shugan powder from Zhengzhi Zhunsheng as the basic prescription,modified with the featured drug pairs including Chaihu(Bupleuri radix)-Zhishi(Aurantii fructus immaturus),Huangqi(Astragali radix)-Dangshen(Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma),Shashen(Glehniae radix)-Maidong(Ophiopogonis radix)-Huanglian(Coptidis rhizoma),Huanglian-Wuzhuyu(Euodiae fructus),Fuling(poria)-Baizhu(Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma),Chaozaoren(Ziziphi spinosae semen)-Yuanzhi(polygalae radix),with noticeable clinical effects.
