摘　　要：目的:系统评价抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)(简称新冠肺炎)疫情一线护士的工作真实体验。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方医学、中国生物医学数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of scince、Cochrane Library等数据库,检索年限均为2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情出现至2020年5月,采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准(2016版)评价文献质量,采用汇集性整合的方法进行结果整合。结果:共纳入11篇研究,提炼出19个研究结果,归纳形成7个类别,综合得出4个整合结果:抗击疫情过程中护士的心理体验、生理体验、对自我职业的审视:护理工作过程中社会支持系统的体验。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,抗击疫情一线工作护士存在一系列正负性体验,管理者应重视护士疫情工作期间的真实体验,为提高护士在突发紧急卫生事件中的应对能力提供新思路。Objective:To systematically review the real experience of front-line nurses in the fight against COVID-19.Methods:The document was searched in CNKI,Wanfang,SinoMed,PubMed,Embase,Web of sience and Cochrane Library from December,2019,the time the COVID-19 outbreak has emerged,to May,2020,the quality of the literature was assessed using Australia JBI Center for Evidence-based Health care quality assessment criteria for qualitative research(2016 edition),the results were integrated using a pooled integration approach.Results:All 19 research results were extracted from the 11 included studies and grouped to form seven new categories and obtain four integration results,covering the nurses'psychological experience during the fight against the epidemic,their physiological experience,their examination of their own professions and the experience of social support systems in the nursing process.Conclusion:During the outbreak of COVID-19,there are a range of positive and negative experiences for nurses working on the front lines of the fight against the epidemic,administrators should attach importance to the nurses'real experience,in order to provide new thinking for improving nurses'ability to respond in health emergencies.
