摘　　要：目的:探讨在综合医院实行以“组织管理-推广应用-质量控制”三位一体中医适宜护理技术推广模式的效果。方法:将三位一体中医适宜技术推广前一年(2019年4月至2020年4月)的护理人员工作情况作为对照组,同时将三位一体中医适宜护理技术推广后一年(2020年5月至2021年4月)的护理人员工作情况作为观察组。比较推广前后两组护理人员中医理论成绩、核心能力、中医服务质量等护理能力,中医护理操作例数及重点科室中医护理经济效益。结果:推广后护理人员中医理论成绩、辨证施护能力及中医服务质量评分均显著高于推广前(P<0.05);推广后中医护理总例次,推广后重点科室中医护理经济效益均明显高于推广前(P<0.05)。结论:运用三位一体中医适宜护理技术推广模式,可显著提高护理者中医护理技能与理论水平,推动中医护理的开展,并促进其经济效益的转换。Objective:To discuss the effects of implementing the promotion model of"organization management-promotion of the applications-quality control"trinity TCM appropriate nursing technology in general hospital.Methods:Working conditions of the nursing staffs(April,2019 to April,2020)one year before the promotion of trinity TCM appropriate nursing technology were selected as the control group,meanwhile,and the nursing staffs'conditions one year after the promotion(May,2020 to April,2021)as the observation group.To compare the nursing staffs'nursing ability including TCM theoretical scores,core ability and the quality of TCM service,the number of the cases of operating TCM nursing and economic benefits of TCM nursing in key departments.Results:After the promotion,TCM theoretical scores,the ability of syndrome differentiation and nursing and the scores of TCM service quality were noticeably higher than these before the promotion(P<0.05);after the promotion,total number of TCM nursing and economic benefits of TCM nursing in key departments were remarkably higher than these before the promotion(P<0.05).Conclusion:Promotion model of trinity TCM appropriate nursing technology could significantly raise the nurses'TCM nursing skill and theoretical levels,promote TCM nursing and the transformation of its economic benefits.
