摘　　要：目的:探讨陇中骨刺膏对膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者急性疼痛及关节功能的影响。方法:纳入行保守治疗的K-L分型为I~Ⅲ级的KOA患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。观察组给予陇中骨刺膏治疗,对照组给予奇正消痛贴膏治疗,两组共治疗2周。观察两组止痛效果及关节功能的变化。结果:治疗后两组视觉疼痛模拟评分均降低(P<0.05),西安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分和美国特种外科医院膝关节评分较治疗前增加(P<0.05);治疗后3天,观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1、2周,两组间视觉疼痛模拟评分及膝关节评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:陇中骨刺膏对膝骨关节炎患者急性期疼痛止痛效果理想,对提高膝关节关节功能、改善活动度、增加关节稳定性有一定作用。Objective:To discuss the influence of Longzhong Guci ointment on acute pain and joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 90 patients with grade I~ⅢKOA of K-L classification who performed conservative therapy were included,allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Longzhong Guci ointment,and the control group with Qizheng Xiaotong strapping,both groups were treated for two weeks.To observe analgesic effects and joint function between both groups.Results:After the treatment,VAS scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05),WOMAC and HSS scores increased than before the treatment(P<0.05),three days after the treatment,the observation group was better than the control group in clinical effects(P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups one and two weeks after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Longzhong Guci ointment is ideal for pain relief in KOA patients at exacerbation stage,and it has certain effects on improving knee joint function and joint mobility and increase joint stability.
