中西医结合护理模式在小儿急性支气管炎中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合护理模式在小儿急性支气管炎中的应用价值体会。方法:选取小儿急性支气管炎患儿120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规儿科专科护理,观察组给予中西医结合护理,比较两组患儿干预前后肺功能相关指标、中医证候积分及治疗依从性。结果:干预后,观察组相关肺指标上升较对照组明显,且组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组中医证候积分均有下降,但观察组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);干预后观察组治疗总依从率[91.66%(55/60)]较对照组[76.66%(46/60)]高(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿急性支气管炎患儿进行中西医结合护理可明显改善患儿的肺功能相关指标,缓解临床症状,提高治疗依从性。Objective:To explore the application value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model in pediatric acute bronchitis.Methods:All 120 children suffering acute bronchitis were selected as the objects of study,and allocated to the observation group and the control group using random number table method,with 60 cases in each group,the control group was given routine pediatric specialty care,and the observation group integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing,to compare the related indexes of lung function,syndrome integrals and therapeutic compliance before and after the intervention between both groups.Results:After the intervention,the indicators of lung function raised obviously in the observation group than the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05);after the intervention,syndrome integrals reduced in both groups,while the decrease of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,total compliance of the observation group was[91.66%(55/60)],higher than[76.66%(55/60)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for children with acute bronchitis could improve the indexes of lung function,alleviate clinical symptoms and raise therapeutic compliance.
