摘　　要：从行气活血的治法出发,分析中药治疗卒中后抑郁与脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)及BDNF-TrkB信号通路之间的关系,揭示中药治疗卒中后抑郁的作用机制,为中药治疗卒中后抑郁提供理论依据。The article analyzes the relationship between TCM treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD),BDNF and BDNF-TrkB signaling pathway,starting from the method of promoting Qi circulation and blood circulation,reveals the mechanism of TCM treatment of PSD,which could provide theoretical reference for TCM therapy of PSD.
