摘　　要：目的:探讨纯钛爪形肋骨接骨板内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年4月汕头市澄海区人民医院收治的168例多发性肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用传统保守方法治疗,观察组采用纯钛爪形肋骨接骨板内固定术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛评分、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2、3、7 d,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:多发性肋骨骨折应用钝钛爪形肋骨接骨板内固定术治疗的效果显著,患者并发症发生风险低,疼痛轻微。Objective:To investigate the effect of internal fixation of pure titanium claw-shaped rib plate in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Methods:A total of 168 patients with multiple rib fractures admitted to Chenghai District People's Hospital of Shantou City from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of treatment methods.The control group was given traditional conservative treatment and the observation group was given pure titanium claw-shaped rib plate internal fixation.The treatment effect,pain level and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1,2,3 and 7 d after treatment,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The internal fixation of pure titanium claw-shaped rib plate in the treatment of multiple rib fractures has a significant effect,with a low complication risk and mild pain.
