摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在急性胸腹部创伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1—6月广饶县人民医院收治的急性胸腹部创伤患者84例作为研究对象,均行X线及多层螺旋CT检查,以术中检查情况为参考依据,比较两种检测方式诊断时间与准确率,分析CT检查影像学表现。结果:多层螺旋CT诊断肋骨骨折、肝脏损伤、腹盆腔积液、胸腔积液、脾脏损伤、胰腺损伤、肠系膜撕裂伤的准确率以及总准确率高于X线,诊断时间短于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤快速、准确,能够为后续治疗的实施提供参考依据。Objective:To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal trauma.Methods:A total of 84 patients with acute thoracic and abdominal trauma admitted to the People's Hospital of Guangrao from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as study subjects.All the patients were examined by X-ray and multislice spiral CT.The intraoperative examination was used as a reference,the diagnosis time and accuracy of the two detection methods were compared,and the imaging performance of CT examination was analyzed.Results:The accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture,liver injury,abdominal and pelvic effusion,pleural effusion,spleen injury,pancreatic injury and mesenteric laceration and total accuracy were higher than those of X-ray,and the diagnosis time of multi-slice spiral CT was shorter than that of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal trauma by multi-slice spiral CT is rapid and accurate,which can provide a reference for the implementation of subsequent treatment.
