分层护理在小儿消化不良中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分层护理在小儿消化不良中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月滨州医学院附属医院收治的92例消化不良患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用分层护理。比较两组护理依从性、生活质量、消化不良症状情况、住院时间以及住院费用。结果:观察组护理依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。观察组生活满意度、躯体功能、健康情况、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组消化不良症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:分层护理在小儿消化不良中的应用价值显著,可提高患儿生活质量及护理依从性,改善患儿消化不良症状,缩短病程及住院时间,降低住院费用。Objective:To explore the application value of stratified nursing in children with dyspepsia.Methods:A total of 92 children with dyspepsia who were treated in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received stratified nursing.The nursing compliance,quality of life,dyspepsia symptom,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).The scores of life satisfaction,physical function,health and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the dyspepsia symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the and hospitalization cost in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The stratified nursing has a significant application value in the children with dyspepsia,it can improve the improve the quality of life and nursing compliance of children,ameliorate the dyspepsia symptom,shorten the disease course and the length of hospital stay,and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
