摘　　要：目的:探讨扁平化责任制护理对肱骨髁上骨折患儿的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月金乡县人民医院收治的肱骨髁上骨折患儿80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施扁平化责任制护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组稳定性、运动功能、日常活动评分高于对照组,白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:扁平化责任制护理能够有效改善肱骨髁上骨折患儿肘关节功能,减轻炎性反应及疼痛程度。Objective:To explore the application effect of flattening responsibility system care in children with supracondylar humeral fractures.Methods:A total of 80 children with supracondylar humeral fractures admitted to Jinxiang People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group implemented flattening responsibility system care.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,thestability,motor function,and daily activity scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Flattening responsibility system care can effectively improve elbow joint function,reduce inflammatory reaction and pain in children with supracondylar humeral fractures.
