摘 要:目的:调查急诊护理人员职业倦怠情况,分析其影响因素。方法:选取2022年6—7月南京医科大学第一附属医院急救中心抢救室的90名护理人员作为研究对象,均采用基本信息调查表、护士职业倦怠量表、心理症状自评量表进行调查,分析护理人员职业倦怠心理情况及影响因素。结果:年龄、文化水平、身体状况、职称、夜班次数、工龄、月收入为护理人员职业倦怠的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理人员伴随一定程度职业倦怠,其中25~35岁、身体状况差、夜班次数多、月收入少、职称低及伴随不健康心理症状的护理人员职业倦怠情况更为严重,应落实针对性、积极性的干预措施,改善护理人员职业倦怠情况。Objective:To survey the occupational burnout of emergency nursing staff,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 90 nursing staff in the rescue room of emergency center of Nanjing Medical University First Affiliated Hospital from June 2022 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were surveyed using basic information questionnaire,nurse occupational burnout scale,mental symptom self-rating scale.The psychological status of nursing staff's occupational burnout and influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The age,educational level,physical condition,professional title,number of night shifts,length of service,and monthly income were the influencing factors of nursing staff's occupational burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency nursing staff are accompanied by a certain degree of occupational burnout,among which 25-35 year old nursing staff with poor physical condition,more night shifts,less monthly income,low professional title and unhealthy psychological symptoms have severe occupational burnout,targeted and positive intervention measures should be implemented to improve the occupational burnout of nursing staff.
