摘 要:城镇供水行业碳减排往往被忽略,碳核算是城镇供水系统实施碳减排举措的首要条件,贯穿于碳减排全流程。以上海市某给水厂为研究对象,该水厂为深度处理水厂,工艺为预处理-机械搅拌-折板絮凝-平流沉淀-砂滤-臭氧/生物活性炭-消毒。首先,构建完整的给水厂碳排放核算方法,理清碳排放关键点;其次,对给水厂各工艺环节运行及维护过程中碳排放活动进行核算;最后,探明了典型给水厂可行的节能降碳路径。研究结果为给水厂的碳排放核算及碳减排研究提供技术指导和理论依据,为城镇供水企业节能降耗指明发展方向。Carbon emission reduction in urban water supply industry is often ignored.Carbon accounting is the primary condition for implementing carbon emission reduction measures in urban water supply system,which runs through the whole process of carbon emission reduction.This study takes a waterworks in Shanghai as the research object.This waterworks is an advanced treatment waterworks.The typical processes include pretreatment,mechanical mixing,folding plate flocculation,advection precipitation,sand filtration,ozone-biological activated carbon and disinfection.Firstly,a complete carbon emission accounting method for waterworks is constructed to clarify the key points of carbon emission.Secondly,the carbon emission activities in the operation and maintenance of each process link of the waterworks are calculated.Finally,the energy-saving and carbon reduction paths of typical waterworks are verified.The research results provide guidance and theoretical basis for the carbon emission accounting and carbon emission reduction research of waterworks,and point out the development direction for energy conservation and consumption reduction of urban water supply enterprises.
