摘  要:饮用水安全性对人体健康至关重要,供水水质安全受到广泛关注,合格的出厂水经过管道输送到达龙头,因此输送管材对水质影响不容忽视。目前,某市管网在用的供水管材主要有球墨铸铁、薄壁不锈钢和钢塑复合管,用户户内多为镀锌钢管和PPR管。选用上述4种材质管道,对其浸泡不同时间的出水水质变化进行对比。研究发现,不锈钢管能较好保证输水水质,PPR管仅在通水初期有少量有机物溶出问题,输水安全性也较高;钢塑复合管无内衬镀锌管件易腐蚀;球墨铸铁管在运行初期,水泥砂浆内衬中的钙、硅等物质易溶出,应注意避免新管内水力停留时间较长的情况。The safety of water supply has been paid more and more attention.At present,there are mainly spheroidal graphite cast iron,thin-walled stainless steel and steel-plastic composite pipe in water supply pipe network of a city.The effluent quality changes of the above-mentioned 4 kinds of material pipes immersed in different time were compared.The results show that the stainless steel pipe can guarantee the quality of water transportation,the PPR pipe only has a little organic matter dissolved in the initial stage of water transportation,and the water transportation safety is also high.The calcium and silicon in the cement mortar lining are easy to dissolve in the early period of operation of the ductile iron pipe.
