摘 要:针对污水处理厂提标扩容的需求,采用RPIR快速生化污水处理工艺对闲置沉淀池进行升级改造,使其升级为集成二级生化处理和泥水分离功能的高标准处理设施,从而实现在现有污水处理厂区内不新增用地的情况下,显著提高污水处理能力。以深圳市某污水处理厂的初沉池改造为例,分析了将初沉池改造为“RPIR池+滤布滤池”的实施方法,总规模达到17.6万m^(3)/d。结果显示,水力停留时间仅为6h下,出水的COD、NH_(3)-N、TP、SS达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准,TN去除率为17%~80%。In view of the demand for upgrading and expansion of current sewage treatment plants,Rapid wastewater treatment technology using sedimentation integrated rectangular airlift loop reactor(RPIR)was adopted to the transformation of idle sedimentation tank,significantly improve the sewage treatment capacity without additional land.After transformation,sedimentation tanks was upgraded to a high standard and sludge separation facility.This paper introduced methods of transforming the primary sedimentation tank into RPIR tank+filter cloth tank in Shenzhen municipal sewage treatment plant,with requirement of 17.6×10^(4)m^(3)/d scale.Although the hydraulic retention time was only 6 hours,the effluent COD,NH_(3)-N,TP and SS could stably reach the first-level A standard of Discharge Standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).TN removal rate of 17%~80%was also achieved.
