摘  要:在供水管网中建立“临时分区”,仅在最小夜间流量时段关闭阀门,其余时段保持阀门开启,可提高分区供水安全性;可在区域边界安装较多阀门、较少流量计,可保证流量计量的准确性。在“临时分区”的基础上进一步改进,通过设计分区边界阀门的开度,控制区域压力,具体操作为:结合遗传算法和水力模拟,以管网节点平均富余水头最低为优化目标,优化设计边界阀门开度;对所有优化后的方案,从压力控制效果、水力安全性、水质安全性3个角度评价方案的优劣,结合优劣解距离法辅助选择最终方案。将该方法应用于YX市某区供水管网分区,得到了水力安全性高、爆管风险低、水质条件优的分区布置方案。"Temporary partitioning"is proposed to close valves only at minimum night flow period,and to keep valves open for the rest of the time,improve the safety of water supply.At the same time,more valves and less meters can be laid at boundaries of subareas to ensure the accuracy of flow measurement.In further research,the opening of valves is designed to control the pressure,the process is as follows.Combining genetic algorithm and hydraulic simulation,with the lowest average surplus head of nodes as the optimization goal,the opening degree of valves are optimized.Evaluate schemes from three perspectives of pressure control effect,hydraulic safety,and water quality safety,and select the best scheme with the help of the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution.The method was applied to a water supply network of YX City,and a scheme with high hydraulic safety,low pipe burst risk and excellent water quality was obtained.
