摘 要:为了解决高扬程泵送流供水系统事故掉电时水倒流时间较短,水泵出水管采用普通止回阀或两阶段缓闭止回阀关阀时易产生水锤扰动的问题,通过构建稳态和瞬态水锤防护分析模型的方法,研究轴流式止回阀水锤防护效果,实践结果表明:水泵出水管采用轴流式止回阀可在零流速时完成关阀,不会增加额外的关阀水锤,更有利于高扬程泵送流供水系统水锤防护。轴流式止回阀与气压罐、空气阀、调压塔等设备联合使用可有效缓解水锤负压问题,保证供水安全。In order to solve the problem that the water backflow time is short in the case of power failure in the high head pumping water supply system,and the water hammer disturbance is easy to occur when the water pump outlet pipe is closed by using the ordinary check valve or the two-stage slow closing check valve,the steady-state and transient water hammer protection analysis model is constructed to study the water hammer protection effect of the axial flow check valve.The results show that:The water pump outlet pipe adopts the axial flow check valve to complete the valve closing at zero flow rate,without adding additional valve closing water hammer,which is more conducive to the high head pumping water supply system water hammer protection.The combination of axial flow check valve with air tank,air valve,pressure regulating tower and other equipment can effectively alleviate the problem of negative pressure of water hammer and ensure thesafety of water supply.
