血浆BNP对心功能不全的临床检验价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究血浆脑钠肽(BNP)对心功能不全的临床检验价值。方法选取42例心功能不全患者作为研究组,另选取同期42例健康受检者作为对照组。两组均开展血浆BNP检测。比较两组的血浆BNP水平及研究组不同等级心功能不全患者的血浆BNP水平。结果研究组的BNP水平为(442.44±123.14)pg/ml,对照组的BNP水平为(25.96±11.20)pg/ml。研究组的BNP水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组心功能不全等级:Ⅰ级12例、Ⅱ级10例、Ⅲ级10例、Ⅳ级10例。研究组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级心功能不全患者的血浆BNP水平分别为(130.65±65.45)、(235.58±98.45)、(340.37±115.25)、(1125.50±456.27)pg/ml,心功能不全等级越高,血浆BNP水平越高,且各等级间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心功能不全患者开展血浆BNP检测,依据血浆BNP检测水平可以对患者疾病严重程度进行判断,为疾病治疗提供科学数据支持。Objective To investigate the clinical test value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in cardiac insufficiency.Methods 42 patients with cardiac insufficiency were selected as the research group,and another 42 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.Plasma BNP testing was carried out in both groups.The plasma BNP levels of the two groups were compared,as well as the plasma BNP levels of patients with different grades of cardiac insufficiency in the research group.Results BNP level was(442.44±123.14)pg/ml in the research group and(25.96±11.20)pg/ml in the control group.BNP level in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grade of cardiac insufficiency in the research group:12 cases of gradeⅠ,10 cases of gradeⅡ,10 cases of gradeⅢ,and 10 cases of gradeⅣ.The plasma BNP levels of patients with gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣcardiac insufficiency in the research group were(130.65±65.45),(235.58±98.45),(340.37±115.25)and(1125.50±456.27)pg/ml,and the higher the grade of cardiac insufficiency,the higher the plasma BNP level,and the difference between two comparisons of each grade was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma BNP testing is performed on patients with cardiac insufficiency,and the severity of the disease can be judged according to the plasma BNP level to provide scientific data support for the disease treatment.
