摘 要:目的探讨唑来膦酸辅助治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症患者腰椎骨密度、疼痛程度及健康调查简表(SF-36)评分的影响。方法62例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组采用碳酸钙D3片治疗,观察组于对照组的基础上采用唑来膦酸注射液辅助治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效;治疗前后的腰椎骨密度,血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)、肌酐(Scr)水平,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、SF-36评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率90.32%高于对照组的67.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的腰椎骨密度均高于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的腰椎骨密度(0.89±0.14)g/cm^(2)高于对照组的(0.75±0.12)g/cm^(2),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后组内及组间的血清Ca、P、Scr水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分低于本组治疗前、SF-36评分高于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的VAS评分(1.71±0.25)分低于对照组的(2.84±0.38)分、SF-36评分(88.25±9.38)分高于对照组的(72.42±8.27)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸辅助治疗可有效提高绝经后骨质疏松症患者的生活质量、临床治疗效果以及腰椎的骨密度,改善其疼痛等临床症状,且该药物不会对患者机体内的生化指标代谢造成影响。Objective To discuss the effect of adjuvant zoledronic acid therapy on bone mineral density of lumbar spine,pain level and 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score in postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 62 cases of postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the observation group was treated with zoledronic acid injection based on the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,bone mineral density of lumbar spine,serum calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),creatinine(Scr)levels,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,SF-36 score before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of 90.32%in the observation group was higher than that of 67.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density of lumbar spine in both groups was higher than that before treatment in this group,and the bone mineral density of lumbar spine of(0.89±0.14)g/cm^(2) in the observation group was higher than that of(0.75±0.12)g/cm^(2) in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in serum Ca,P and Scr levels between and within the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,patients in both groups had lower VAS scores and higher SF-36 scores than those before treatment in this group;VAS score of(1.71±0.25)points in the observation group was lower than that of(2.84±0.38)points in the control group;SF-36 score of(88.25±9.38)points in the observation group was higher than that of(72.42±8.27)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant zoledronic acid therapy can effectively improve the quality of life,clinical therapeutic effect and bone mineral density of lumbar spine
