不换金正气散加减治疗慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者采用不换金正气散加减治疗的效果。方法80例脾胃湿热证慢性胃炎患者,随机编号均分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,研究组采取中医不换金正气散加减治疗。比较两组疗效及以治疗前后的炎性因子水平、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率、复发率、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8分别为(5.76±1.13)mg/L、(18.55±1.19)pg/ml、(5.03±1.18)pg/ml、(7.03±1.12)pg/ml,均低于对照组的(8.56±1.25)mg/L、(29.63±1.24)pg/ml、(5.87±1.32)pg/ml、(13.24±1.43)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组Hp根除率85.00%高于对照组的65.00%,复发率7.50%低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率2.50%低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不换金正气散加减治疗脾胃湿热证慢性胃炎患者可缓解其临床症状,消除炎性反应,提高Hp根除率进而改善生活质量,建议推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of modified Buchangjin Zhengqi Powder on chronic gastritis with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of chronic gastritis were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the researcch group was treated with modified Buchangjin Zhengqi Powder.The curative effect,inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp),recurrence rate,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the research group was higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein,interleukin-2,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 were(5.76±1.13)mg/L,(18.55±1.19)pg/ml,(5.03±1.18)pg/ml and(7.03±1.12)pg/ml in the research group,which were lower than those of(8.56±1.25)mg/L,(29.63±1.24)pg/ml,(5.87±1.32)pg/ml and(13.24±1.43)pg/ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp of 85.00%in the research group was higher than that of 65.00%in the control group,and the recurrence rate of Hp of 7.50%was lower than that of 25.00%in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.50%in the research group,which was lower than that of 15.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of chronic gastritis,modified Buchangjin Zhengqi Powder can relieve clinical symptoms,eliminate inflammatory response,improve the eradication rate of Hp and improve the quality of life,so it is suggested to popularize the application.
