健胰方加减对糖调节受损患者血糖及胰岛素代谢水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析健胰方加减对糖调节受损患者血糖、胰岛素代谢水平的影响。方法90例糖调节受损患者,采取随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组行生活方式干预,观察组在对照组的基础上应用健胰方加减辅助治疗。比较两组患者治疗前以及治疗3个月后的糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]水平、胰岛素代谢指标[脂联素、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者FBG(4.60±0.50)mmol/L、2 h PG(7.02±1.01)mmol/L、HbA1c(4.53±0.03)%均低于对照组的(5.70±0.60)mmol/L、(7.75±1.02)mmol/L、(5.75±0.50)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者脂联素(3.10±0.80)mg/L、HOMA-β(4.84±0.50)均高于对照组的(2.53±0.80)mg/L、(4.40±0.30),FINS(7.05±0.05)mIU/L、HOMA-IR(1.45±0.30)均低于对照组的(9.20±2.02)mIU/L、(2.33±0.20),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生活方式干预配合健胰方加减治疗,有助于糖调节受损患者血糖、胰岛素代谢水平调节,有效阻断疾病发展。Objective To analyze the effects of modified Jianyi Prescription on blood sugar and insulin metabolism in patients with impaired glucose regulation.Methods A total of 90 patients with impaired glucose regulation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lifestyle intervention,and the observation group was treated with modified Jianyi Prescription on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of glucose metabolism indicators[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)]levels,insulin metabolism indicators[adiponectin,homeostasis model assessment ofβ-cell function(HOMA-β),fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)]before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group had FBG of(4.60±0.50)mmol/L,2 h PG of(7.02±1.01)mmol/L and HbA1c of(4.53±0.03)%,which were lower than those of(5.70±0.60)mmol/L,(7.75±1.02)mmol/L and(5.75±0.50)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the adiponectin of(3.10±0.80)mg/L and HOMA-βof(4.84±0.50)in the observation group were higher than those of(2.53±0.80)mg/L and(4.40±0.30)in the control group;FINS of(7.05±0.05)mIU/L and HOMA-IR of(1.45±0.30)in the observation group were lower than those of(9.20±2.02)mIU/L and(2.33±0.20)in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Life intervention combined with modified Jianyi Prescription can help patients with impaired glucose regulation to regulate blood glucose and insulin metabolism levels,thus effectively blocking the development of the disease.
