中医整脊治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症的临床经验浅析

摘　　要：中国整脊学是韦以宗教授从中医整体观出发,以其丰富的临床经验,结合现代生物力学、达尔文进化论观点等创立的一门学科。韦以宗教授的著作《中国整脊学》填补了我国整脊学研究的一项空白,使中医整脊上升到一个新的科学平台,促进了学科现代化的发展。随着脊柱体检纳入中小学生的体检项目这一政策的出现,青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症的发现率逐渐增多,给予及时的早期干预能阻止或进一步纠正脊柱侧弯的进展,从而减轻社会、家庭的负担。广西骨伤医院从《中国整脊学》中的理论出发,通过中医整脊手法、四维牵引技术、以宗十八式功能锻炼治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症,取得了显著疗效。文章通过案例介绍旨在为中医治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症提供经验和借鉴,并期望探寻一个治疗此病的绿色、经济、环保、简便的方案。Chinese spinal orthopedics is a discipline founded by Professor WEI Yizong from the holistic view of TCM,based on his rich clinical experience,combined with modern biomechanics,and Darwin’s theory of evolution,etc..Spinal Orthopedics in Chinese Medicine,a work of the professor fills a gap in the study of spinal orthopedics in China,elevates TCM spinal orthopedics manipulation to a new scientific platform,and promotes the development of discipline modernization.With the introduction of the policy that spine physical examination is included in the physical examination of primary and secondary school students,the detection rate of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis is gradually increasing.Timely early intervention can prevent or further correct the progression of scoliosis,thereby reducing the burden on society and families.Based on the theory in Spinal Orthopedics in Chinese Medicine,Guangxi Orthopedic Hospital has achieved remarkable results in treating adolescent idiopathic scoliosis by TCM spinal orthopedics manipulation,fourdimensional traction technology,and Yizong(以宗)18-type functional exercise.This article aims to provide an experience and reference for the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis in TCM through the empirical case introduction,so as to find a green,economic,environmentally-friendly and simple treatment plan for this disease.
