浅析调补冲任治疗老年女性肩周炎

摘　　要：肩周炎多见于绝经期的老年女性患者。现代研究发现,老年女性肩周炎的发病多因体内激素水平改变引起。传统治疗方式为非甾体抗炎西药、针灸治疗;临床中口服西药多有胃肠道不适的弊端,甚者诱发胃肠道出血。某些患者对针灸尤其对针刺治疗有恐惧感,甚至有针刺过程中晕针者。山西中医药大学附属医院邢士新主任,为中华医学会神经外科学会委员,擅长骨科各类复杂疾病的诊疗,对肩周炎、颈椎病、腰腿疼、骨关节炎、骨质疏松等疾病的治疗有独到见解。邢士新主任医师认为冲任失调为本病的病机关键,治疗以从虚论治兼顾驱邪外出,区分风湿较重和风寒较重的不同,辨证施治。同时需要预防调护,保证长期疗效。文章描述一例患者通过调补冲任、改善患者激素水平从而治疗肩周炎,取得良好效果,文章通过分享其疗法,以期为临床提供参考。Periarthritis of shoulder is commonly seen in menopausal elderly women.Modern research has found that the incidence of periarthritis of shoulder in elderly women is mostly caused by changes in hormone levels in the body.The traditional treatment is NSAID and acupuncture.In clinical practice,oral administration of western medicine has many disadvantages,such as gastrointestinal discomfort,and even gastrointestinal bleeding.Some patients have a fear of acupuncture and moxibustion,especially acupuncture treatment,and even have faintness during acupuncture.XING Shixin,Chief Physician of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,is a member of the Society of Neurosurgery of the Chinese Medical Association.He is good at the diagnosis and treatment of various complex orthopedic diseases,and has unique views on the treatment of shoulder periarthritis,cervical spondylosis,lumbocrural pain,osteoarthritis,osteoporosis and other diseases.Chief physician XING Shixin believes that Chong and Ren(冲任)disorders is the key to the pathogenesis of this disease,and the treatment is to drive away evil spirits from the virtual treatment,distinguish the difference between rheumatism and wind cold,and distinguish treatment.At the same time,prevention and care are needed to ensure long-term efficacy.This article describes a patient who achieved good results in the treatment of frozen shoulder by adjusting the Chong and Ren and improving the patient's hormone levels,and the article shared its therapy in order to provide clinical reference.
