摘　　要：本文阐述的锌合金自动生产线可解决目前金属大锭冶炼普遍采用的人工浇注、冷却、脱模的生产方式中的一系列问题,使浇注、冷却、脱模工序机械化,从而实现产品全自动生产。可将工人从恶劣的环境中解脱出来,降低了劳动强度,杜绝了人工操作带来的人为错误,缩短产品的生产周期,提高生产效率,可为金属大锭的冶炼提供借鉴。The zinc alloy automatic production line described in this paper can solve a series of problems in the production mode of manual pouring,cooling and demolding commonly used in metal ingots smelting,and mechanize the pouring,cooling and demolding processes,so as to realize the automatic production of products.It can free workers from the harsh environment,reduce labor intensity,eliminate human errors caused by manual operation,shorten the production cycle of products,improve production efficiency,and provide reference for the smelting of metal ingots.
