摘　　要：通过对电涌保护器(surge protective device,简称SPD)的概念和分类的介绍,分析传统间隙的存在的优缺点,依据IEC间隙型SPD的设计标准,从石墨材料的特性,石墨间隙放电机理,防雷器结构材料的选用及不同结构方案的仿真分析等方面进行理论计算和验证优化论述,结合SPD场景应用的产品开发设计参数要求进行一系列电气安全及环境测试等试验,从而确保SPD设计产品的应用安全性及质量要求。Through the introduction of the concept and classification of surge protective device(SPD),the advantages and disadvantages of traditional gap,according to the IEC gap SPD design standards,from the characteristics of graphite materials,graphite gap discharge mechanism,The theoretical calculation and practical optimization of the selection of lightning arrester structural materials and the simulation analysis of different structural schemes are discussed.A series of electrical safety and environmental tests are carried out in combination with the product development and design parameter requirements of SPD scenario application.Through the introduction of the concept and classification of surge protective device(SPD for short),the advantages and disadvantages of traditional gap,according to the IEC gap SPD design standards,from the characteristics of graphite materials,graphite gap discharge mechanism,The theoretical calculation and practical optimization of the selection of lightning arrester structural materials and the simulation analysis of different structural schemes are discussed.A series of electrical safety and environmental tests are carried out in combination with the product development and design parameter requirements of SPD scenario application,so as to ensure the application safety and quality requirements of SPD designed products.
