摘  要:六角滚筒抛光机是一种常用的机械零件表面抛光设备,由于其工作原理的限制,抛光速度较慢;在一些特定工况下,滚筒内表面磨损较为严重。本文利用离散元软件EDEM建立了六角滚筒抛光机的工作仿真模型,对其内部的物料运动及内表面磨损特性进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:在六角滚筒抛光机工作过程中,靠近六角滚筒内壁的磨料随着六角滚筒的内壁不断向上运动,当部分颗粒运动到一定高度时开始不断向下滑落,待处理零件跟随着磨料不断运动;在六角滚筒30~50rpm转动速度范围内,磨料和待处理零件的平均转动速度差异不大;六角滚筒内表面上法向累积接触能和切向累积接触能的分布情况基本相同,但切向累积接触能明显大于法向累积接触能,六角滚筒内表面的磨损主要是由摩擦产生的。Hexagonal roller polishing machine is a commonly used surface polishing equipment for mechanical parts.Due to the limitation of its working principle,the polishing speed is slow;Under some specific working conditions,the inner surface of the drum is seriously worn.In this paper,the working simulation model of the hexagonal roller polishing machine is established by using the discrete element software EDEM,and the material movement and wear characteristics of the inner surface are simulated and analyzed.The analysis results show that during the working process of the hexagonal cylinder grinding profiler,the abrasive near the inner wall of the hexagonal roller moves upward with the inner wall of the hexagonal cylinder,and when some particles move to a certain height,they start to slide downward,and the object to be processed moves with the abrasive;In the range of 30-50 rpm rotation speed of the hexagonal roller,there is little difference between the average rotation speed of abrasive and that of the object to be treated;The distribution of normal cumulative contact energy and tangential cumulative contact energy on the inner surface of the hexagonal roller is basically the same.The tangential cumulative contact energy is significantly greater than the normal cumulative contact energy.The wear of the inner surface of the hexagonal roller is mainly caused by friction.
