摘  要:近十几年来,我国风力发电蓬勃发展,在早期安装的风力发电机组中,双馈型风力发电机组为主流机型,安装数量多,在双馈型风力发电机组中,主轴部分主要以双主轴轴承作为旋转及支撑部件,因此主轴轴承对于风力发电机组的传动作用尤为重要。因主轴轴承承在机组运行时主要承受风轮和主轴运转时产生的轴向力、径向力和弯矩载荷,承受载荷大且复杂,在机组长时间运行后,主轴轴承易出现磨损情况,且主轴轴承维护费用较高,因此对主轴轴承磨损原因的分析及防范措施的探索显得愈加重要。本文详细介绍了以广东徐闻县沿海地区某风电场双馈型风力发电机组主轴轴承磨损为例子进行详细的原因分析,并针对风力发电机组特点探索防范措施,此分析和研究对服役年限较长的双馈型风力发电机组主轴轴承维护保养具有一定的借鉴意义。Wind power generation has been flourishing in China for more than a decade.In the early installation of wind turbine generator systems,doubly-fed wind turbine was the dominant model and installed in large numbers.In doubly-fed wind turbine,the spindle section is dominated by the double spindle bearing as the rotating and supporting part.For this reason,spindle bearing is especially important for transmission in wind turbine generator systems.What’s more,spindle bearing primarily bears the axial force,radial force and bending moment load produced by the wind wheel and the spindle during the operation of the unit,so its bearing load is large and complex.And after the unit has been in operation for a long time,the spindle bearing is prone to wear.Apart from this,spindle bearing is expensive to maintain,which has led to the increasing importance of analyzing the causes of spindle bearing wear and exploring preventive measures.In this paper,the main shaft wear of doubly-fed wind turbine in a wind farm in the coastal area of Xuwen County,Guangdong Province is used as an example for detailed justification.And it will explore preventive measures based on the characteristics of wind turbine.The analysis and study presented in this paper are useful for maintenance of the main shaft bearing of long-lived doubly-fed wind turbine.
