摘　　要：本文论述了提升卷扬BVD平衡阀的使用工况及系统配置情况,介绍了此阀在使用过程中出现的高压损现象。针对此现象,经过对BVD平衡阀改进、测试,有效降低了系统压力损失,达到节能降耗目的。This paper discusses the working conditions and system configuration of the BVD balance valve of the hoist,and introduces the high pressure loss phenomenon of the valve in the process of use.In view of this phenomenon,the BVD balance valve has been improved and tested to effectively reduce the system pressure loss and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
