摘  要:随着虚拟现实技术的成熟,人们开始认识到基于虚拟现实技术的虚拟平台在教育领域的应用价值,结合高校虚拟仿真实验教学资源开发现状,借助3ds Max、Solidworks等软件建模,然后将模型导入科明365快速开发平台开发出新型气动式多轴数控攻丝机虚拟仿真教学系统。系统通过虚拟现实技术将新型气动式多轴数控攻丝机“真实”地呈现在学生面前,使学生能够深入理解数控攻丝机的内涵。让学生不受时间与场地的约束,对数控攻丝机的结构进行拆分与学习,加深学生对数控攻丝机理论知识的理解及实验过程中安全意识的建立,将基础知识教育与综合能力培养,理论与实践相结合,助力培养高质量创新应用型人才。With the maturity of virtual reality technology,people began to realize the application value of virtual platform based on virtual reality technology in the field of education,combined with the development status of virtual simulation experimental teaching resources in colleges and universities,with the help of 3ds Max,Solidworks and other software modeling,and then imported the model into the Keming 365 rapid development platform to develop a new pneumatic multi-axis CNC tapping machine virtual simulation teaching system.The system presents the new pneumatic multi-axis CNC tapping machine in front of students"real"through virtual reality technology,so that students can deeply understand the connotation of CNC tapping machine.Let students not be constrained by time and venue,split and learn the structure of CNC tapping machine,deepen students'understanding of the theoretical knowledge of CNC tapping machine and the establishment of safety awareness in the experimental process,combine basic knowledge education with comprehensive ability training,theory and practice,and help cultivate high-quality innovative application-oriented talents.
