摘　　要：目的:应用数据挖掘方法分析针刺治疗中风后尿潴留的取穴规律。方法:检索中国知网数据库中关于针刺治疗中风后尿潴留的相关临床文献,使用Excel建立数据库,并进行频次统计,采用Python3对提取穴位处方信息进行系统聚类分析,并通过FP-Tree算法进行腧穴关联分析。结果:共纳入96首针刺处方,涉及腧穴112个,总频次为705次,使用频次较高的腧穴依次为中极、关元、三阴交、膀胱俞与水道;最常用的经脉为足太阳膀胱经、任脉与足太阴脾经;最常用的特定穴有交会穴、募穴与五输穴;常取胸腹部穴位;关联规则分析,得出前5组的关联腧穴为次髎-下髎、次髎-中髎、三阴交-关元-阴陵泉、三阴交-中极-阴陵泉和三阴交-阴陵泉;通过聚类分析得出5组聚类群。结论:针刺治疗中风后尿潴留取穴具有一定规律性,多为局部取穴、循经取穴,腧穴配伍包括俞募配穴、远近配穴等,为临床针刺治疗中风后尿潴留的取穴、配穴提供依据,具有较强的临床指导意义。Objective:To analyze the rules of acupoints selection in treatment of post-stroke urine retention based on data mining.Methods:Clinical literature on acupuncture treating post-stroke urinary retention was searched in electronic databases.Excel was used to establish a database,and frequency statistics was performed.Python3 was used to extract acupoint prescription information for systematic clustering analysis,and FP-Tree algorithm was used for acupoint association analysis.Results:A total of 96 acupuncture prescriptions were included,involving 112 acupoints,with a total frequency of 705 times.The most frequently used acupoints were Zhongji(RN3),Guanyuan(RN4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Pangguangshu(BL23)and Shuidao(ST28).The most commonly used meridians include Bladder Meridian,Ren Channel and Spleen Meridian;the most commonly used specific acupoints were crossing points,front-Mu points and five-Shu points;the most commonly selected acupoints were located on chest and abdomen.The association rule analysis showed that the associated acupoints in the top 5 groups were Ciliao(BL32)-Xialiao(BL34),BL32-Zhongliao(BL33),SP6-RN4-Yinlingquan(SP9),SP6-RN3-SP9 and SP6-SP9.Five clustering groups were obtained by clustering analysis.Conclusion:The acupoints selection for post-stroke urine retention has certain rules,and most of them are selected locally and along the meridians.The combination of acupoints includes back-Shu points and front-Mu points,the compatibility consists of distant points and local points.The study provides a basis for the selection and acupoint matching for post-stroke urine retention treated with acupuncture.
