摘　　要：殷克敬教授对痉挛性斜颈等疑难杂症见解独特,善于运用经络诊察,并结合“经络体征反应点”以审证求因、辨证施针;殷教授撷古籍之精粹,悟关刺之真谛,临证得出“筋急发痉,关刺效佳”;在《黄帝内经》六经之“开、阖、枢”理论的基础上,并结合自身50余载的临证经验,创新性地提出了“经络别通法”,其取穴少而精、疗效显著。以此治疗痉挛性斜颈,可使机体气血、阴阳调和,邪去正安,疗效较好,为临床开拓一种新的思路和方法。Professor YIN Kejing has unique insights into spastic torticollis this intractable disease.He is good at using meridian examination and combining the‘reaction points of meridian signs’to verify the causes and apply acupuncture according to syndrome differentiation.Professor YIN learned from ancient books and realized the true meaning of articular needling,and concludes that‘acute attack to tendon causing spasm,for which articular needling has good effects’.On the basis of‘opening,closing and pivoting’of the six meridians in Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,professor Yin innovatively puts forward the method of‘Meridian Bietong’with his over 50 years’clinical experience,which uses fewer acupoints but achieves excellent curative efficacy.The treatment of spastic torticollis with this method can regulate the body’s Qi and blood,reconcile Yin and Yang to eliminate evil pathogen,with immediate and significant curative effects.This therapy provides a new idea and mean in clinical practice.
