坛城针法联合风府推拿法治疗三叉神经痛并发焦虑抑郁的临床感悟

摘　　要：三叉神经痛是临床常见病种,发作时疼痛剧烈,严重时易诱发患者焦虑抑郁状态。国内著名针灸学家左常波教授认为久病后焦虑抑郁的发生与阳虚密切相关,其独创之坛城针法具有调心疏肝、温阳解郁之效,适用于肝郁久病阳虚导致的焦虑抑郁。笔者团队针对三叉神经痛患者病因病机,基于风府穴特性运用风府推拿法以风府穴为核心行手法理筋整复,可奏祛风通络、散结止痛之功。临床上运用坛城针法联合风府推拿法干预三叉神经痛并发焦虑抑郁状态的患者,形神兼治,标本皆顾,疗效满意。Trigeminal neuralgia is a common clinical disease,which is severely painful during the attack and easily induces anxiety and depression in patients.Professor ZUO Changbo,a famous acupuncturist in China,believes that the occurrence of anxiety and depression is closely related to Yang deficiency of long-term illness.Mandala acupuncture has the effect of regulating Heart and soothing Liver,warming Yang and relieving depression.According to the etiology and pathogenesis of trigeminal neuralgia,the authors applied Fengfu(DU16)Tuina to dispel wind,dredge collateral and relieve pain based on the characteristics of DU16.Mandala acupuncture method combined with DU16 Tuina can achieve satisfactory curative effect in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia accompanied by anxiety and depression.
