镍铜合金薄壁管现场焊接作业的总结与建议

摘　　要：以沙特Wasit项目镍铜合金薄壁管焊接为例,分析了母材及焊丝化学成分,介绍了镍铜合金的焊接特性和焊接工艺参数,总结了现场施工的焊接设备、环境要求、坡口选用,以及焊接作业中的注意事项,并针对镍铜合金焊接特点提出了建议。Taking the welding of nickel-copper alloy thin-walled pipes in the Wasit project in Saudi Arabia as an example,the chemical composition of base metal and welding wire was analyzed,the welding characteristics and welding process parameters of nickel-copper alloy were introduced,and the welding equipment,environmental requirements,and groove selection,as well as precautions in welding operations for on-site construction were summarized,and suggestions were proposed for the welding characteristics of nickel-copper alloys.
