摘　　要：针对某磷酸二氢铵料浆干燥收集塔塔底积料过量且有大块物料形成,造成刮料装置负荷加大甚至卡阻的问题,分析了刮料装置发生问题的原因,并针对这些问题对原有刮料机结构提出了改进方案,以加强对大块物料的破碎和积料的收集。介绍了改进后的刮料机结构及其特点,认为它可提高设备运行稳定性,降低设备故障率,值得推广应用。For the problem that the bottom of an diammonium phosphate slurry drying collection tower suffers excessive material buildup and large lumps of material are formed,resulting in an increase in the load of the scraping device or even jamming,the cause of the problem of the scraping device is analyzed,and for these problems,an improvement plan is proposed for the original scraper structure to strengthen the crushing of bulk materials and the collection of accumulated materials.The structure and characteristics of the improved scraper are introduced,and it is considered that it can improve the stability of equipment operation and reduce the failure rate of equipment,and it is worth promoting and applying.
