摘  要:针对国内现铁精矿选矿成本高、外矿铁矿市场价格优势较显著的形势,某160 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置采用普洱矿、白马矿、里伍矿为原料,通过优化原矿配比,降低经济成本。通过考察矿物性质、焙烧和转化工序的实际生产运行状况及三废排放参数,验证了入炉原料采用普洱矿、里伍矿、白马矿按质量配比6∶2∶2的混合矿,焙烧产生的综合渣达到钢铁冶炼要求;尾气和污水的各项指标均可达到相关环保要求,证明该混合矿的配比可满足生产要求。For the high cost of domestic iron ore concentrate beneficiation and the significant price advantage of foreign ore in the iron ore market,a 160 kt/a pyrite acid plant uses Pu er ore,Baima ore and Liwu ore as raw materials,and by optimizing the feed ore ratio,reduces economic cost.By investigating the properties of ore,the actual production and operation status of the roasting and conversion process,and the parameters of the three wastes discharge,it was verified that the raw materials for the furnace were mixed ores with a mass ratio of 6∶2∶2 from Pu er ore,Liwu ore,and Baima ore.The comprehensive slag meets the requirements of iron and steel smelting;the indicators of tail gas and sewage can meet the relevant environmental protection requirements,which proves that the proportion of the mixed ore can meet the production requirements.
