摘　　要：现有螺旋输送机的吊轴承普遍存在使用寿命低、维修维护费用高、润滑剂外溢污染物料等问题。介绍了一种新型吊轴承的结构和特点,以及与连接轴配对的尼龙套材质的选择。经用户使用实践证明,该新型吊轴承具有缓冲减振、噪声低、维修操作容易、维护维修成本低、对物料无污染等优点,且使用寿命是采用粉末冶金轴瓦的2~3倍,值得推广应用。The hanger bearings of existing screw conveyors generally have problems such as low service life,high maintenance costs,lubricant spillage and contaminated materials.The structure and characteristics of a new type of hanger bearing,as well as the material selection of the nylon sleeve paired with the connecting shaft are introduced.It has been proven by users that the new hanger bearing offers the advantages of cushioning and vibration reduction,low noise,easy maintenance and operation,low maintenance and repair costs,and no pollution to materials,and its service life is 2 to 3 times that of powder metallurgy bearing bushes,which is worth promoting for application.
