摘 要:热压块铁(HBI),品位在92%~93%,具有高纯净、低有害杂质、品质均匀、强度高、粉化率低等优点,直接装入高炉,可提高铁水产量,同时也可降低高炉单耗,节焦、增产效果明显。以国内某1 580 m^(3)高炉为研究对象,建立了高炉工序的CO_(2)排放计算模型,计算出高炉工序CO_(2)排放量为1192.109 kg/t铁,吨铁CO_(2)排放量为1618.96 kg。对高炉工序CO_(2)排放量计算结果分析,焦炭的CO_(2)排放量高达73.52%,要降低CO_(2)的排放的关键在于减少焦炭的使用。随着加入热压铁块的量增大,吨铁CO_(2)减排量增大,从而实现了减少CO_(2)排放。Hot briquette iron(HBI),with a general grade of about 92%~93%,has the advantages of high purity,low harmful impurities,uniform quality,high strength,and low powdering rate.It can be directly charged into the blast furnace to increase the output of molten iron.It can also reduce the unit consumption of the blast furnace,and the effect of saving coke and increasing production is obvious.Taking a domestic 1580 m^(3) blast furnace as the research object,the CO_(2) emission calculation model of the blast furnace process is established,and the CO_(2) emissions of the blast furnace process are calculated to be 1192.109 kg/t iron,and the CO_(2) emissions per ton of iron are 1618.96 kg.Analysis of the calculation results of CO_(2) emissions from the blast furnace process shows that the CO_(2) emissions of coke are as high as 73.52%.The key to reducing CO_(2) emissions is to reduce the use of coke.As the amount of hot briquette increases,the CO_(2) emission reduction per ton of iron increases,thereby reducing CO_(2) emissions.
