摘  要:对Φ28~40 mm HRB500E冷弯裂纹进行分析。通过对气体含量、金相组织、夹杂含量等检测结果与正常样的对比分析,并梳理炼钢与轧钢工艺控制参数,发现,造成大规格HRB500E冷弯裂纹的主要原因是:精炼操作不当造成的夹杂物含量多且分布不均匀,以及连铸冷却制度不合理导致铸坯柱状晶发达且表面存在纵向裂纹。采用适当延长精炼时间、优化精炼喂线操作、降低连铸冷却强度等措施,有效改善了大规格HRB500E冷弯裂纹缺陷,提高冷弯检测合格率至100%。This paper analyzes the cold bending cracks ofΦ28-Φ40 HRB500E.Through the comparative analysis of the results of gas content detection,metallographic structure detection,inclusion content detection,and normal samples,and combing the steel rolling process control,it is found that the main reasons for the cold bending cracks of the unit include:1.The content of inclusions caused by improper refining is large and uneven.2.The unreasonable cooling system of continuous casting leads to the development of columnar crystals and the existence of longitudinal hairlines on the surface of the billets.By appropriately extending the refining time,optimizing the refining line feeding operation,reducing the cooling intensity of continuous casting and other measures,the cold bending crack defects of the bar HRB500E can be effectively improved,and the qualification rate of cold bending detection can be increased to 100%.
